PONDEROSA - BOSS CREEK

Perched on a hillside overlooking both Okanagan and Kalamalka Lakes, this executive home was designed to embrace the tranquility of its natural surroundings. Situated on 5 acres of pine trees, the clients wanted a space that seamlessly hugged the landscape, capturing the forest through every window.

We used a combination of metal siding and warm wood finishes, complemented by stunning copper tile on the home’s two fireplaces to blend the home into hillside. The design extends beyond the interior, with a negative edge concrete pool and an inviting outdoor fireplace that blend harmoniously with the surroundings.

Inside, a simple, clean palette of matte polished concrete floors highlights the breathtaking views from every room. Natural rock, blasted from the hillside during construction, now forms part of the home's exterior, further connecting it to the land. This home is a true testament to creating modern, serene living spaces that enhance and reflect the beauty of the Okanagan landscape.
